Please Pray For Us!!

More than anything, we need your prayers! There is power in prayer! We ask that you pray for our specific needs, and then cover us with the General prayer needs we identify here. We will update our prayer needs as they occur. Thank you for caring enough to take the time to pray for us!

SPECIFIC PRAYER

1. The ability to become fluent in the Spanish language so that God's work can be done concerning all of those we come in contact with.

2.God to direct us to those people and places for ministry so that we can accomplish his purposes for our lives. Please pray for all of our steps to be ordered by the Lord, and that those steps be taken by us.

3.Our ministry financial needs to be met so that His purposes can be accompllished.

GENERAL PRAYER

Seven things all missionaries need . . . and which people forget to lift them up in prayer over:

Victory over mental complacency
Freshness in prayer and in Bible teaching
Guidance in how to present the Gospel
Deliverance from the temptation to pride
Wisdom in relationships with others

Specifics to pray for

When traveling . . .

That er will pass effortlessly through customs and immigration lines
That the planes on which we travel will not encounter mechanical problems or trouble from terrorists
That we will make all their connections and get to meetings on time.

Health and safety objectives

Our protection from accidents, crime, natural disasters, terrorists, and dangerous animals
Protection from sickness
That we will find time for proper sleep, rest, and exercise
That our food and water needs will be met

Spiritual watchcare objectives

Times of intimacy with Jesus in prayer and worship
Shielding from dark forces in spiritual realms
Preservation from discouragement, fear, and doubt
That we will demonstrate purity, humility, boldness, wisdom, patience, love for people, a teachable spirit and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Teamwork objectives

That short-term missions teams will experience and express unity, love, good communication, patience, and spiritual gifts
That wewill resist temptations toward jealousy, envy, and bitterness.
That we will be granted grace for cultural adjustments, dealing with jet lag, being away from family and friends.
To design and implement effective efforts that will make a long-term difference by enabling the indiginous to accomplish God's Work..

Pray for physical health and nutrition.

L - Labor.

Pray for their work.

E - Emotions.

Pray for emotional health and well-being of the missionary or people group.

S - Social.

Pray for their social relations, their families and extended families. Pray that God will keep marriages together.

S - Spiritual.

Pray for their spiritual condition.
